I visited the store on Sunday January 4th, 2026 and the manager informed me that Amazon was shut down for the day…Mind you it’s barely even 2pm and you close at 7pm?????? Which was disappointing because I always use staples as my drop off location just for the coupons. Instead of helping me find another drop off point I felt as tho I was being shoved away. Showing me the sign on the counter saying they were not taking returns that day. You lose loyal customers like me by giving bad customer service. I’ll rather use whole foods!

Mr. Lamar was amazing and helped me in a great time of need! It was a long day and this location was my last resort (especially since I went to a couple other local Staples locations throughout the day, all while running around for my cousins engagement the next day). THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
