I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Manassas Towing today. My driver, Carlos, was not just professional—he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond. Here’s what stood out: It was rainy, cold, and I’m currently recovering from an injury with my leg in a boot, so the whole situation was already stressful. Carlos spotted that, invited me into his warm tow truck to sit comfortably while he handled everything. My vehicle is a heavy-duty 1985 Land Rover Defender 110—the kind of beast that isn’t easy to maneuver in a narrow townhouse road with tight driveways. Carlos was on it. He took his time, used skill and patience, and literally pushed the Defender into the driveway by hand to make sure it was parked safely. From my call to their arrival: within 30 minutes, the truck was on site. The care and attention he showed while loading and positioning my vehicle made all the difference. Throughout the process, I felt heard, respected, and safe. Not all towing companies deliver that kind of human-level service. My car had broken down about 35 miles from home. I had called a few different towing companies and Manassas towing beat all of their prices. They told me 30 minutes, and driver got there on time, hooked up my vehicle and we got going. He got me and my car home in a timely manner despite traffic, and was very friendly. Recently I recommended their services to my friend and he also had a great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help.

Worse experience. When we called, we were told it will take 30minutes…45minutes later, we called back and dispatch was told tow driver was doing an emergency towing and it will take another 45minutes… no updates if they were going to be late… When employee(AV Singh) got here, the front driver side wheel was already off the rim and held by two jacks but he lifted the back wheel with his tow truck and crushed the front end while putting more pressure to front wheels… (have this on camera) He then comes out and tells us this is not a normal lift and tells us we need to pay $50 more or cancel(with no refund option). At that point we ended up paying what we owe +$50 cause we had to get car off the squished wheels. We asked if he had a floor jack and he said “he doesn’t have it and what do you want me to do?”…. Advertising as emergency flat tire change… but does not carry floor jack. (I understand tow lift can work but you would think that is basic item to carry if you advertise the service) An hour later the dispatch calls back asking if we paid? When I questioned, why would your driver leave if we didn’t pay… she said… driver didn’t pick up so she called me… This place has no system, no customer service, and questionable methods. If we weren’t desperate, I would never use them.
