I have now purchased 2 cars from this dealer and I absolutely love them. The first was a bmw x5 in 2020 and now Infiniti qx60. When I initially started looking, a Mercedes suv caught my eye(but I had a list with 4 others). Awd and under 70k miles were the requirements. I set up an appointment but was also surprised to be recommended the Infiniti. I test drove both and immediately hated the Mercedes anyway. But I knew as soon as I drove the Infiniti that was it. Jacinto was my salesman and Sandra was in charge of everything financial. They were incredible. The car is awesome, below my budget and as always, what sets cap auto apart from any other dealer is the lack of pressure and annoyance. It’s the reason I came back. The quality of service is just awesome. Not only are they professional, but they have a way of connecting with you on a personal level, which I feel like, if you’re going to spend 4+ hours there, is necessary. Really great crew and I’ll be back again I’m sure.
