My car had all stickers but they don’t pay attention to it still towed without any reason. Poor communication not helpful staff. Over priced. Overall the worst service

My vehicle was towed from my apartment parking lot where I have parked for years. At the exact same spot. When I went to retrieve my vehicle, they refused to accept credit or debit card and demanded payment through Cash App or cash. They did not provide a proper printed receipt or professional documentation. This business operates in a very unprofessional and questionable manner. I will be filing complaints with the Virginia Attorney General's Office and other consumer protection agencies. I recommend documenting everything if you have to deal with them.
