Quick in and out. These folks know how to keep you moving. Time is money in my business. Always friendly at the IAA pick ups. I sat at a Copart for 2 hours waiting to get 1 motorcycle last week. But that never happens with IAA they are so much better organized. Thank you IAA!!

The ladies of the office five stars, they’re so kind, and excelent customer service… but unfortunately the forklift operators are the opposite, lazy… I couldn’t find another word… I went to pick up a KIA TELLURIDE… yes, a telluride, not a heavy suburban or a pick up truck… and the operator doesn’t load me the car in the front position of the 3 car hauler, bc he said car was “too heavy for load it from the side” I had to load the car myself… I’m so glad it was a run and drives vehicle, bc idk what I would do if it was a inop. they refuses when you ask them to turn the car for weight distribution, a friend of my company told me the operator refused turn the front of the car that was facing to the back in a tow truck… I went to a lot of iaa around the country, and they loaded from the side heavier vehicles for me.
