An extremely bad place. I absolutely do not recommend using any of their services. Definitely stay away. Prices are extremely expensive and the communication is very poor. The woman we spoke with does not know how to communicate with people at all — she has serious communication problems and instead of helping, she raises her voice and tells you that you are the one who doesn’t understand

I came here to retrieve a trailer from one of our truck wreck and the office lady i forgot her name was extremely cheerful and helpful i already had a good notion of what is required to retrieve the trailer and what I didnt have she was very graceful in explaining what she needed i don't understand people with problems this is an impound facility and you should know before hand and have all required documents to retrieve your property it's not the office people that needs attitude adjustment it's the public who thinks they have the rights so I say to the public start by being polite and educated before attempting to tell others how to perform their business
