Well today took my van to get an oil change. The car was running fine no issues when I brought over to them. The even admitted that it drove fine no issues what so ever when they pulled it in the bay. Well once the oil change was done they called me said was ready to be gotten. Well they failed to say that they messed up my car cause now the steering pump or something with the steering is not working but it was all fine before that. This place is not a place to take your car too. On the phone he never said a word till after I paid for the oil change. They will rip you off and lie. I will be going to higher ups better business bureau and even taking it haigh from there too. This is so wrong in many ways we dont have the money to repair something that was nothing wrong with in the 1st place. Went there to be nice and confronted them about the issues and just got talked down to like we at idiots and they were very rude and disrespectful. They have no class to them whatsoever and customer service with them is horrible. Their story changed also so I don’t believe anything they say to me at no point in time now. I have proof the damages. This is how they put blame on others and take things out of context cause they never said any issues until I paid was when they even mentioned an issue. I make sure all my cars are well taken care of and take to our mechanic when issues arise. So but sitting here and not telling the whole truth is funny but it’s okay.

I recently brought my car in and couldn’t be happier with the service. From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly professional and easy to work with. They gave me a fair price explained what needed to be done without trying to upsell me and had my vehicle ready exactly when they said it would be. It’s hard to find a shop that’s honest, affordable, and reliable but this one checks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be returning for future work.
