I have been waiting since 930 this morning. I finally call to see why they are not here yet. The guy says “oh I’m in Georgia, I called your insurance agency about an hour ago to have it reassigned” but my tracker shows he is arriving anytime approximately 7 minutes. How can my phone track somebody arriving at my location in 7 minutes if they are all the way in Georgia. Just doesn’t make any sense! I do not recommend this company! Very disappointing.

I got my vehicle stuck in a snowy ditch situation in a semi remote area. It took my ram OnStar provider 2 1/2 hours to get someone to accept the call. Then in came ATM towing and recovery to the rescue! After a brief phone call, where I Don’t think I painted a very clear or positive picture of the possible outcome, James still responded from over an hour away just on the off chance that he could help me. That was fantastic in and of itself and the fact that he was able to help me get my truck unstuck was the icing on the cake (without any damage to boot!). Thanks, James and ATM Towing and Recovery for going the extra mile to even just possibly be able to help someone!!!

James, the owner, is a polite, kind, professional young man. He came promptly within the time frame given and got my car running(it wouldn't start). Also he was kind enough to move it to a better location in the driveway since I am disabled and couldn't do it. He didn't have to do that but he didn’t hesitate when I asked if he could. It is his own business and I can tell he is proud of it and strives for excellent customer service. If you need a tow, call James. ???
