I had to replace my windshield wipers for the first time, all three, and they were super helpful. Apparently since my car is a more recent model (2024) the clips used were "special" and a little difficult. They were super lovely and replaced them for me, even going to another store location nearby for my rear wiper since theirs was out of stock. I believe his name was Darin, and another associate helped me out, replaced my wipers and were very kind while dealing with it, even giving me tips for other things! Thank You!

I wish I’d gotten his name but I had the most amazing experience with an employee here today! He was super friendly and got my Subaru lights in super quickly - and gave them to me for free since they’d been returned and were unable to be resold. I had been so anxious about the finances of it all, so that was beyond incredible and I felt incredibly well taken care of. 10/10 - I’ll be back any time I need work done on my car!!

Went in just before 7pm to get a battery tested that was still in a vehicle. The staff quickly tested and confirmed a replacement was needed, but said “not tonight” when I asked them to do their advertised free battery installation. Luckily I know how and did it myself in the parking lot, but this just goes to show the decline in service quality at this location.
