I received a terrifying phone call @ 1am that my 18 year old son's axle had busted & he was stranded and needed assistance. I called 3 different towing companies that said "open 24hrs" with no answer. On my 1st call to Sundance the gentleman answered politely considering it was after 1 am, his tone was so calm & sweet. The guys assured me that they were on their way to Fluvanna County to help and said it would be an hour or so, I completely understood, knowing that we most likely had just woken them up too. It took a little longer for them to get there because on the way to help us, the driver passed a young female broken down on the side of the road without cell service and assisted her. That was fine, as it could have been our child or ourselves out there in the dark needing help. I was expecting to pay an arm & a leg, especially because it was in the middle of the night. The driver was very apologetic about taking longer to get to us than expected and gave us a very reasonable rate for their assistance. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for towing assistance and I have programmed their phone number into my phone for the future. Thank you so much Sundance, I can't express my gratitude for your kindness and help this morning! I wish I could give your company 10 STARS!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!

I checked around the area for towing for my BMW. I finally Googled and came across Sundance which was close in proximity and held great reviews. My call was answered promptly, Mr. Raleigh was EXTREMELY pleasant and I found their prices very reasonable. Within 1 hour he and I believe his son arrived, again, both EXTREMELY pleasant. They were efficient and took great care of my car. I will DEFINITELY use them again and highly recommend to anyone
