Our car ended up stuck in a ditch (ugh!). We have Roadside Assistance through Geico, but when they gave us a 90-minute ETA for a tow, we were like… absolutely not. My husband decided to look for local help, and that’s when we found Cardinals Towing LLC through Google—and thank goodness we did! From the very first call, they were super professional. Caleb, the driver, showed up in literally 15 minutes—it felt like he teleported, no joke. The quote was reasonable (not highway robbery like some towing companies), and there were no surprise fees or shady upcharges. Caleb was amazing—friendly, calm, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He got our car out of the ditch quickly, smoothly, and without a single scratch. We’re seriously so grateful! Broke down around 6pm. Made a few calls with no luck. Contacted Cardinal Towing, said they would be at my location with 45 minutes, which they were. Work away from home, asked if they knew of a local repair shop to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. They hauled my vehicle to a shop and within a few short hours was on my way. Much appreciated. Definitely recommend their services. Both guys were professional, quick, helpful and patient. Thanks again for all of your help. Jamie
