If I could give 10 stars I would. Got a seriously bad flat tire at 4am doing a Lyft ride from Danville to Roanoke. I couldn't have been in better hands. This is the best I mean the best towing and recovery company in the east Coast hands down. As someone who has had trouble with Lyft and the payments received Harbour Towing has been extremely patient with me on my payment. As someone who was raised by his grandfather and grandmother I was raised with morals and to pay what you owe. Not everyone you can trust here in this country but they trusted me to pay them after the fact of getting my car fixed in the sheetz parking lot. I have worked in the food industry for multiple years on top of now ride share so I believe in tipping and for a very reasonable and fair bill for the services and tire replacement I believe a 35% tip will be necessary for this or any situation. Communication has helped the process as during the financial part of the process I stayed updated and kept them updated with my situation in regards to payment for their wonderful services. My whole family couldn't believe me if I told them and they still don't because there aren't a lot of good companies anymore but this one showed them a local company is about standards, being fair, being a human, and putting customers first and foremost. Do not recommend! My daughter ran off the road in the ice and they came out to pull her out with a rollback only and 1 gentleman and charge my insurance almost 4000.00 with all kinds of clean up charges and stated they sent out a wrecker and rollback and charged for speedy dry etc stating they cleaned up battery acid, oil and gas but my family and I watched the entire time and none of that was done then they took the car and held it until they got this huge payout from my insurance and I still had to pay 275.00! When I got the car back we cranked it and drove it the end of my road then traded it in on a new vehicle because the bumper and headlight was broken! I do not like dishonesty and this is why everyone’s insurance is ridiculously high! Now my insurance is going up over something that I knew nothing about due to fictitious charges! ?
