I called him up asking for a 8mm ratchet wrench he said he didn't know if he had one I asked if he could check he said hold on I'll see and while it only takes 2 or 3 minutes to check he has a conversation with about 2 or 3 other people long ones and not once he said I got someone on hold so I hang up ok the next couple of days go by I call about buying the car me and him talked about he hangs up on me that's why I give him a one star rating as a business owner no matter who calls you don't hang up and you don't keep them waiting long as a business owner customer satisfaction is key when dealing with the communities

I sent someone to the store for me to pick up a $7 item. The big guy behind the counter charged my account nearly $20. I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. There is a NAPA in Sparta.
