HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Hands down the best service you’ll find in the area and beyond. We were traveling when our car suddenly started smoking badly. We barely made it into a gas station and had no idea what to do next. Thankfully, one of their employees noticed the smoke, came right over, and asked if he could take a quick look. He even asked if we had plans to tow it anywhere. When we said no (the problem had just started), he told us to follow him back to the garage. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the owners and staff, all of whom were incredibly kind and welcoming. Because parts needed to be ordered and repairs would take some time, we had to stay overnight. They went completely out of their way to give us a ride to a hotel and even picked us up the next day once our car was ready. It’s rare to find people this hardworking, accommodating, and genuinely caring—especially when you’re stranded away from home. We are so grateful for their help and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

A Long Overdue but Well-Deserved Review Last year, my brother borrowed my Suburban to drive from Maryland to Florida. While passing through Virginia, the transmission blew. In a scramble, he found Mike’s Auto and Truck Repair LLC through a quick Google search. Initially, I was skeptical about leaving my truck at a local repair shop instead of taking it to a Chevy dealer—but I’m so thankful he did. Although I never met Mike in person, he gained my trust from the very first phone call. He was quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable, and had excellent phone etiquette. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping. Mike went above and beyond—he even called in a favor from his trusted transmission expert. He and his team worked tirelessly, sometimes staying as late as 10 PM, to completely rebuild the transmission. Amazingly, they had it ready for pickup just in time for my brother’s return trip from Florida. At one point, I asked Mike about doing some additional work I thought might be needed. He could’ve easily said yes and charged me for it—but instead, he gave me his honest opinion and said it wasn’t necessary at the time. That level of integrity is rare. I also want to note that he was almost $2000 cheaper than what I was quoted from shops here in Maryland. To this day, my Suburban is still running like it’s brand new. I’m beyond grateful for Mike and his team, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
