First time here, knew I was in a rush but said would take a few hours.. completely okay with that.. done in less than two hours and the cheapest alignment in town. Very pleased. Will be back if any other car problems arise. I see why so many people recommended this place to me.

I honestly couldn’t be more disappointed in writing this review, as I was really hopeful this was going to be my go-to car repair place! I dropped my vehicle off with an issue of a slow start - I was unsure if it was a bad battery or possibly starter, and just knew I didnt want it to leave me sitting. They called me a short while later and said it was the battery. I felt the quoted price for the battery was pretty pricey, so I told them I’d come pick it up and take care of the battery myself. They charged a full engine diagnostic fee of $70 just to tell me the battery was bad. Now I do understand all places need to make money, and they provided me with a service/ spent time on this, however, I think $70 for hooking a vehicle up to a computer to show a bad battery reading is unreasonable, and quite honestly, for a bit of goodwill, is something that could have even been provided at no cost to win a customer for future services that would be real money makers. The technician I spoke to couldn’t have been more unfriendly and condescending when I kindly asked about the cost, indicating that it just didn’t make sense to me to charge a full engine diagnostic fee for a battery. If they wanted to stand firm on it, that’s their choice which I would not argue, however, as good customer service, I would have appreciated at least seeming to care about the feedback/question, and probably would not have even written this review had it been approached in this way. Sadly, this is not my new go-to place I had hoped for, and seems to be the stereotypical place that will play the game to take advantage of any opportunity to make a dollar.

As a former automotive tech: I haven’t seen, experienced, or sensed anything shady from these guys at all. I do most of my own work, but things like tires aren’t worth doing on my own and I can’t do my own state inspections (but I as a formerly licensed inspector I do know whether they should pass or not). I’ve also sent friends and family here and haven’t heard of anything negative. These guys remind me of the last shop I worked at; busy, interested in providing good service at a reasonable price, and otherwise appear to be running an honest business. No complaints.
