I would like to give more than 1 star but Robert Jackson destroyed the reputation of this company. He was rude every single time I called them and asked to send me a receipt for provided service. This SUPER busy gentleman didn't find 5 minutes within 16 days to send me a receipt! Also $1550 for carrier bearing replacement that took him 2 days is a little too much. UPD: the email address was provided same day when the service was set up. About the price, come on, the price on carrier bearing replacement is like 2 hours of labor + part. Ok, you can also add mileage and call out fee. But $1550 is still too much for such simple job.

Con artists avoid at all cost. Charged me $450 for a repair that last 60 miles and broke again. It was a small fuel hose that was leaking. The guy went into Home Depot and got a portable a/c thin rubber tube not rated for psi or weather. He ask how far I need to go and I said from VA to SC. He said you will be fine just call me if anything happen and I can fix it. After called and texted he said I can come to his shop 2hrs away to do a quote “Good” fix. Truck was broke down and couldn’t move how I’m going drive it there. I called another mobile mechanic and they fixed it right way with proper hose for $250. These guy are scammers and just try to make fast money and tell you anything to get it. Once you have ay they don’t won’t to help. I didn’t even ask for money back and only requested $100 return to help fix what they didn’t. I was told by them the repair was only to move truck which I was never told or would I pay $450 to just move the truck. Still no answer or call or text backs. The mechanic used my tools and my clamps also. Look at photos of how scammers scam. I also have video proof on my phone of me telling him the rating for psi and temperature and asking if he is sure.
