She is quick to answer the phone and call you back when needed to provide updates. Tony is a great mechanic, extremely knowledgeable and fair with the work he's doing. A year ago, I went to the shop to get an intake manifold installed along with a new throttle body and some suspension work. This is was the first time I have actually Taking my car to a shop to get work done and not do the work myself so I was hesitant at first. Now that I am looking more into what they did from last year, I noticed that they didn’t even change the gasket from my throttle position sensor. They just reuse the same old one when they put it on the new throttlebody. Also, there is multiple nuts missing Where the Intake manifold bolts up to. They also didn’t even install everything that came with the kit for example. The idle air control valve was not installed, and I was never able to find my fast idle thermal valve. I’ve been having so many issues since I’ve taken my vehicle to the shop. Also not to mention when I finally went to get my vehicle picked up it was at night time and I couldn’t really see well because My vehicle is black, But when I saw my car the next morning at home, I noticed that it was covered in oil, the hood everything the body fenders. The whole car was covered in oil motor oil!! I asked them what had happened and Pilo told me that oh there was a car on top of yours on the lift that had a oil spill or a leak and it ended up landing on your car because your car was underneath that one. At no point did they call me to tell me this had happened. I don’t know if it was a failure of communication from the mechanic to the owner or whatever it may be I had to ask them what happened. He offered to pay for a car wash. Anybody that works in the auto Paint industry knows that oil will get into the pores of the paint and completely ruin the vehicle. I did take his offer and he did pay for a detail for the car, but it was never the same. If you’re looking for somebody to actually care about your vehicle, this is not the place and I’ve asked to take my car back and Pilo says yes every time but I’m always hesitant because it’s all the way in Virginia. I’m in Maryland and I felt like all of this should’ve been done right the first time And I have no trust in this shop anymore because of the oil incident that they failed to be open and honest with me about.
