It's amazing that this location gets countless repetitive negative ratings and complaints about the employees, specifically the branch manager, and yet, IAA responds with sugary placating responses and never fixes the issue. They have no intentions of fixing the issues. When you have buyers complaining that their vehicles are damaged, it's 100% the loader operator. He's awful. He's damaged several of ours, and when it's pointed out to the mouthy branch manager, she gets an attitude with you and resorts to personal insults. She is not a problem solver. She creates problems. When you have buyers, transporters, etc., complaining about customer service and how awful (and heartless) the branch manager can be, they are 100% correct. We have picked up vehicles from many IAAs over the years - all along the East Coast. Pulaski is hands down, by far, one of the absolute worst locations that we have ever been to. It starts with Amy, the branch manager. An unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, smart mouth who thinks she's top tier when, in reality, she has absolutely no clue. What's worse is that as a manager, her behavior sets the tone for her employees - those at the counter and those in the yard. They aren't any better. How she was selected for that position is mind-boggling. Maybe IAA just didn't receive any other viable candidates for the job. Either way, it's not a good thing for IAA. Buy from any other location. Any other company, really. You'll have a much better experience. And the better experience is worth the extra driving miles.

I purchased a truck from this branch that was advertised as “run and drive.” However, upon delivery, the vehicle was not drivable due to a faulty transmission and significant damage to the underside. There was no mention of any undercarriage issues in the sale documents. I contacted Buyer Services and was advised to reach out to the branch manager. I called the branch approximately ten times and also sent multiple emails without receiving a response. Eventually, I received a reply from Amelia Porter, who informed me that she could not assist and directed me back to Buyer Services. When I contacted Buyer Services again, they referred me back to the branch manager. Neither party was willing to help or provide the district manager’s contact information. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and due to the lack of support and poor customer service, I do not intend to purchase from this branch again.

I am a transporter. Came here for pick up just 1 vehicle 20 min before the closing time. They closed a gate in front of my face saying you are late. Any other location would release the vehicle, but not here. No humanity in this location.
