I thought these guys were really good old boys from the country at first. 1st problem, they tried to fix the brakes on my wife's car but ended up disconnecting the A.B.S sensor and charging us 900 for it, took it to the dealership, five minutes to diagnose and fix the leaky break caliper for $150... But today, I realized after I almost lost my own life that they don't really know what they're doing. I had them replace my control arms (upper/lower and my suspension). They didn't torque the nuts, and as a result, I lost the right upper control alarm while driving through the mountains. I lost all steerage, but luckily came to a stop about three feet from the edge of a 50 foot drop off revine. Took my truck to the toyota dealership and found out that all the nuts on all the control arms were snugged on with about 10 lbs of torque (65lbs is the requirement so the nuts dont vibrate off)... and one or the nuts was rounded off with a pair of vice grips. I can't believe I paid them my hard earned money for a bunch of hacks with no mechanical training. My neighbor is good friends with the owner. Says he would never use them for anything serious and now I understand why. Shame on you guys for not knowing your job. Shame on me on me I didn't learn that the first time. Get some training and a torque wrench while you're at it. People's lives are on the line!

Drove a good ways to get here only to find out the VA inspection couldn't be done because their man was off for the week.
