I would trust Cecil and Missy (the owners) with anything. It's a small town shop that wears numerous hats. I had the privilege of having my truck towed and fixed by Cecil when I had to make an insurance claim and move across the country all in the same week. Cecil also drove a hour and a half just to get me home but I didn't have rental coverage. They're the nicest people running a business that you can find and put up with my dozen or more phone calls over the course of nearly a month and a half. I flew back to Virginia to get my truck and the next day drove 500 miles. I didn't have to worry about a thing and the workmanship by the shop was excellent. I don't believe they will let a vehicle leave unless it is perfect and the customer is satisfied.

I really want to give them more stars but…I got into an accident on October 4th and Cecil was dispatched to come tow my car. I didn’t know where to take it so I asked him if he does this kind of work and he said he does. I paid him for the work within two weeks of the accident. Now it’s almost Christmas and I still don’t have my car. Every time I call it’s going to be “next week”. I gave three stars because they are very nice people but I really need my car back. I will leave a follow up review when I get my car back.

My car had front 1/4 damage and was towed on 9 Sept to the shop for repair. I was told several times the shop was waiting on parts. The completion date for the car changed 4 times. Four months and 19 days after it was towed, l got it back. It seems to work fine. But 4 1/2 months for repair is beyond a bit too long.
