Very poor customer service at this location. The guy at the pay booth was very rude and could've handled the situation better. The only reason I am writing this review is that he acted like we were wasting his time after we discovered a billing error. No apology was given which honestly I don't care that much, but when representing a business that's the least you can do. You guys have my number feel free to contact me.

Horrible or “lack there of” customer service. After driving 40 minutes, we arrived at the facility at 12:50pm on Saturday with 25 tires to recycle (which we were happy to unload ourselves). As we pull onto the scale we see an employee leave the office and go into a side building. As I walked up to the office, the employee stares at me through the side door and continues to hide. Assuming to avoid helping us. I would suggest not advertising that you’re open until 1pm if your employees are too lazy to do basic math while we unloaded our tires.
