THESE GUYS ARE HIGHWAY PIRATES, DO NOT CALL!! THESE GUYS THEY'RE A BUNCH OF CROOKED RIP OFF ARTISTS.The Fuel gauge in my jeep malfunctioned and ran dry on 8/3 @3am on N.I-95 (@mi.marker18) and I called the#77 for roadside assistance. What a joke! Ended up calling 911 4× over the next 4½hrs. The same dispatch operator kept telling the highway patrol was on the way at first, then they asked me what the last exit was it was rt301 i kept telling them but. I was told they couldn't locate me. Then when a trooper finally pulled behind 6:30. She asked if i was outta gas i calmly said yes she advised me that she would call a wrecker for me. I ask can they just bring a can of gas i would gladly make it worth their trip to bring it with she said she'd call them for me. 45min latter a rollback arrived an back up and starts preparing to tow. I said to him i guess ya dont have a can of gas. He looked shook his head No. I didn't know the area but now know.There's 2 24hr gas stations at the next exit(3mi) he said there was nothing there to get gas. We had to go N. 1 more exit. Which was miles away. We pull up to the gas station i asked him what i owed him... He told me $280.00 i said to him OUCH an said does that in include a tank of gas? He said No just the tow, WOW! Then he wanted me to fuel the jeep up and see if it would start, the battery maybe dead (which at 4am i turned my hazard flashers off so not to kill my battery waiting)and I'm glad I did! But if this guy actually thought that I would buy anything else off of him he was absolutely, Nuts! This customer review rating scale would have to five stars- negative for me to accurately score these, highway Robbers. The local Better Business Bureau is going to receive a formal complaint also naming Jimmy Matthew's Towing scam. Virginia 911dispach will be receiving a formal complaint on their performance. They had a 2 car speed trap set up on S. Bound I95 a few exits prior to where I was left stranded for hours and the did NOTHING to assist a stranded driver. An why ?Revenue from the speeding citations. Why a speed trap, in the name safety they claim. But forget about the stranded driver like a sitting duck waiting for a drowsy driver to rearend them at 70-80mph. But there's no money for a stranded motorist is there. There again the Ole mighty dollar is king.

No good boss wouldn't let his employee help on a simple 5 min job and they weren't even busy. I won't take them anymore business and advise others not to stop.
