Today I had a Great experience at Auto Zone today. After having a bad experience at another Auto store!. I went in and i was greeted by Ms kimber hope i got her name right. I told her my problem with my wiper blades. Oh my she was so patient and courteous and understanding. She got the job done and made sure I had what I needed and I was grateful. Thanks again Kimber be blessed . I forgot to mention the Manager/Super visor was great also didn't get her name sorry. Overall great experience

Just got done being help by David at this location and let me tell ya he went above and beyond truly. From helping me find the right parts for my spark plug change,to helping me change and explain why I had I had to change my ignition coils when it wasn’t firing right. He really helped me out far beyond what he had too and that service and knowledge is unmatched definitely coming back here just for his help!!!!!

Great veteran leadership here. While the younger crew is still getting up to speed and using Google for most questions, the senior staff really knows their stuff and handles customer conflict like pros. This is my preferred spot over Advance. Reliable service, just a bit of a knowledge gap with the newer hires.
