I would like to thank the team for helping me out the other day. My boat was in the slip and my pumps went out. Captain was quick to respond and head my way with pumps. Luckily the marina caught it first and we were able to put an emergency pump on it and get the water out, but I do appreciate everyone’s time. Heading my way and the fact that he got there and seeing the marina had it under control- He was kind enough, not to send me an invoice. I appreciate the good customer service. Thank you

Needed a dock to dock tow. Scheduled a week in advance. Ed showed up on time and did a great job. Make sure you’re a member! This tow would have been over $2k but since I was a member $0!!!

We could not be any happier with our SeaTow experience!!! We broke down and needed a 12 mile tow. The local office scheduled the time for the tow and they arrived EXACTLY on time!!! The tow was well thought out, including coordinating bridge lifts and a lock opening. The actual tow was easy. It was very apparent Captain Ed and his mate know what they are doing. This made us comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. We were delivered to our destination at the projected time with no issues. THANK You Captain Ed for your great tow!!!
