Russ at the Autozone on Noland Dr is amazing!!Russ went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful for him, and his help!!! If you need help- go to Autozone on Noland Dr!! About 2 weeks ago, I was out running errands after work. I came out to a dead battery, and was able to get a jump. A call was made to Russ, and they didn't have the battery i needed so he found it for me. I went to the other store to buy the battery, but the employees at that store said they couldn't help put the battery in my car. I called Russ back, and explained what they had told me. This was all about 8-8:30pm, and I asked him for help. He told me to come there, and he would help me. I drove to that store, and he installed the battery into my car.

While visiting Williamsburg on vacation, our car was suddenly in need of a new battery. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Mike and Willie who are so fantastic! Within a matter of a few short minutes, Mike was taking out and replacing the battery and Willie helped us wrap up our order. Both Mike and Willie are so kind and easy going and I’m so thankful that their store is where we ended up. A huge thanks to you both for taking such good care of us! ?

Mike F. & his team were very welcoming upon entering the store! He inspected my wiper blades for me per my request & hooked me up with new ones, including installation. So friendly. Would recommended this location to anyone.
