I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to find what I needed quickly, and when I needed assistance, the staff was more than willing to help. A smooth and hassle-free visit—I’ll definitely return!

Needed a vehicle battery check. The only reason we even tried Advance was because NAPA was already closed. The female employee didn't even get out of the chair, sat the entire time. And, the male employee gave false information. He said, if the car won't restart, we cannot test the battery, the battery would need to be taken out the vehicle." This is simply not true, the negative terminal can be disconnected and the battery can be checked. It appeared to me, that the man and woman inside Advance just didn't want to work today.
