Would leave 10 stars if I could! This is the best car dealership I have ever come across :0) No pressure and super honest. I’ve never seen such a nice selection of used trucks and cars. I purchased an amazing truck at a very fair price. Wes is a super nice guy with great communication He made the process very easy. Bob was awesome and all of the staff was very professional and friendly. 110% RECOMMENDED!!!

This place has great sales staff. They were honest and informative about the process and the vehicle I was looking at. They were also willing to work with me despite one negative item on my credit. I decided to wait, but only because of my own financial situation. I think they are a great dealer to do buisness with, and I'm planning on contacting them again when Iget ready to buy.

Leaving 2 stars instead of one, because in-person assistance, courtesy and professionalism were great. Problem is, after shopping for a while, I e-mailed with a simple question on the truck because I'm 4 hrs away. No response. I followed up with a text. Salesman replied he'd call back in "a sec." No call back, so texted next day saying I'd be interested in talking about an offer. No response. I called two days later, got an answer and quickly made a reasonable (not lowball) offer that seemed to be politely received, was told I'd get a call back in 15 min. No response. Called next day, no answer. Texted day after that politely asking for status, no answer. Waited 3 days until Fri, rented a one-way rental just in case for Sat, texted that I was coming in person to talk, then got a text reply they sold the truck that morning but could they interest me in a totally different truck that requires a CDL and costs 70% more. I mean, I try not to sweat the small stuff in life, but come on. Would have saved me a lot of emotional energy if they'd just explained why they didn't want to take my money (not sure why they wouldn't, but heck, I don't know the used car business these days). I was a motivated customer ready to pay asking price if they'd just given the courtesy of a polite counter offer/negotiation. I hate negative reviews but blowing off/ghosting a customer like that is BS. I thought about trying to find a different salesman, but used to be the etiquette is you stick with the guy you started with. A constructive explanation of what the heck happened sure would be nice.
