Love this store when I'm in the area, but I'm tired of the attitude I receive from the young man who works the counter. In fact, I'm so tired of his attitude over the last couple of years that I'll be switching over to the Sturgeon Bay location for parts.

We've been going to the Napa Auto Parts store for the last decade. They were downtown but then moved to the outskirts of Algoma to have more room. The workers that they have behind the counter are fantastic. They will help you with anything that they can and they're great at giving advice and they really know their stuff.

My wife's car needs a power steering pump so I talked to Steve this morning and Steve gave me a couple options too chose from a remanufactured part or a new one and the cost of each one.so I told him I was going to check out prices at a popular online auto parts store and I would stop in after work and discuss it more with him to make a better decision on what route to take, buy online our give my business to a local family run business and help to support Steve's family. Steve was very honest with me whether to chose new or remanufactured, each part has a 3 year warranty and what ever choice I made from Napa would be about $40 more than buying it online. So I told Steve I would get back to him after discussing it with my wife. My wife and I both agreed that we would rather support our local business because of the customer service that Steve gave me and the relationship that was developed over a number of times I stopped in and Steve was there to help me and he went out of his way to answer all my questions even if it meant losing a sale to the internet company I was comparing prices with. My decision to buy from Napa was because Steve's time is worth something to me and I am willing to pay more for that personal touch and talking to someone face to face.
