I'd give more stars if it was possible! I couldn't get my van started while on gas refill in Abbotsford, 2.5 hours from home. Was referred to T&T for a tow by the auto parts store. After explaining the symptoms, Todd helped troubleshoot my issue over the phone and gave me a list of a few things to check before sending someone out. Van eventually started up and got me home! Todd went above and beyond when he called back later to check that I made it home safe and sound just as I was pulling into my driveway. Awesome service even though I was happy to not have use it to the fullest potential. Recommend!!!

Jody came through for us! Me and my boyfriend were panicked and stranded and TNT called around to see who was closest and our estimated wait time was 90 minutes. We got a call 10 minutes later and they told us Jody, who was off duty at the time, was able to jump in his truck and make his way to us within 15 minutes. It took about 5 minutes in total and we’re back on the road. Thank you TNT, and thank you Jody for going above and beyond for us!

Broke down 180 miles from home on a Sunday afternoon. Todd and Henry gave me options to get home. Henry diagnosed the issue on scene and towed me to the shop where him & Todd got me back on the road. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
