Where to start with this review… My husband was on a work trip in Wisconsin dells and had some car issues with his alternator. We needed a towing back to the Madison area and called Bills to get service. The person I spoke to was kind and helpful at first but my experience quickly went downhill. They explained the process of picking up, getting a link sent to pay via phone and confirming the arrival of the car. We were quoted an estimate and agreed for the service. We were told that the tow truck would be out to us within 20 minutes. We waited for more than an hour and a half for someone to get there. Every time I would call to get an update, I kept getting told they were on their way and it would be 10 minutes. When the tow truck finally arrived the driver loaded up the car and we explained that the truck was getting dropped off at our home and we would have a mechanic waiting there for their arrival. Not even 20 minutes after the truck was picked up I received a call stating they had not yet received my payment. We paid the invoice right away which was $75 more than what I was quoted by the way. 2 hours later and no truck. We called and they said it was dropped of to their shop and they were waiting for another driver to come and get the truck. We were never notified of this, we were told the truck was going straight from point A to point B. We ended up arriving at home and still no truck. I called the the person I spoke to was very rude. I expressed my frustration on it being almost 4 hours later and still no truck when it was about an hour drive. They said they had an emergency come up, which still doesn’t make sense on why my truck was dropped off to their shop. Again they stated my truck would be there in 20 minutes — another hour passes and truck is still not there. When it was finally delivered, they had switched out truck to another tow with another car latched do it. I called and the person I spoke to said “I’m not going to do anything about this.” Long story short, I would not recommend their service. They were very unprofessional, rude and very overpriced for the poor service they provide.

Bill's Towing hands down the BEST! Tracy was awesome helping me get Charlie to tow my son's car that broke down on the way home from college. Tracy was extremely kind, caring, funny, smart and very thorough in explaining the expenses related to getting the tow and repairs. Charlie was wonderful to my son. Called the next day and Ricky assisted me with answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on the repairs. He was great to work with! Car was repaired in less than 4 hours! Bill's staff is fantastic and so glad we found them to assist us in our need!!! THANK YOU Bill's Towing and Auto Repair!!!
