I want to thank Jerrys Towing from the bottom of my heart.... Every person I talked to was soooo helpful and they made this nightmare bearable.... Thank you for being so caring and understanding....

They recently helped me out of the ditch. The customer service itself was great! I have no complaints about that at all. My complaint is what they charge for service during inclement weather. The biggest part of my cost was the flatbed that I never even used. I was informed they charge everyone $250 for the flatbed once it leaves the property even when not used during inclement weather. I don’t think that’s right, and I hope they reconsider charging everyone that price. Almost $400 to get pulled out of ditch can really mess with someone financially.

I would give these people negative stars if I could. They charged my 20 year old daughter $350 to pull her car out of the ditch. One tire was still on the road. Her car was in a residential development on a Sunday morning so basically no traffic or hazards. Their motto should be "Anything for a buck". She did not have that kind of money to pay so I had to cover her. Talk about taking advantage of a young woman! They gave her no indication of how much they were going to charge her. Take your business elsewhere!
