I am a member of Flying AJ’s Towing Company LLC. This is my negative review of this company, regarding Invoice # CAT-000022695.B On April 13, 2023, I used AB CATTECH as a vendor for my catalytic converters. All of my catalytic converters were factory original equipment, there were no aftermarket items. We do not buy catalytic converters off of the street, we know which vehicles our catalytic convertors come off of, and each one is accounted for and marked by us. We trusted AB CATTECH to be fair, and hold no one accountable but AB CATTECH. I normally get a receipt instantly, but I had to call the office five days later, to obtain a receipt, which is how I discovered the discrepency in pricing. After being able to view my itemized receipt, the item numbers did not match the catalytic converters I sold. So I asked to speak to a manager, which I was informed to contact Steve. Instead of Steve returning my calls, I was contacted by the employee that I was filing a complaint against; not the manager to investigate what had happened during this transaction. He explained to me, that even though all of the items were marked, they could not be retrieved, and that the converters were gone. All of the catalytic converters were already processed. The manager has never returned my call to confirm the issue. I was given a check for $3685.00 for 37 original catalytic converters. Shady prices and shady business practices. You have to trust the company to give you the actual numbers, as the company is trying to give the lowest price possible for the items they accept. I will never do business with this company again.

Awesome first time customer experience! Was in and out within 10 minutes and was paid substantially more than what RRR cats wanted to pay for my catalytic converters. ?????
