This place is Terrible! If there was a way to put Zero stars that’s what I would rate! This place needs to be shut down! Very unprofessional and rude! These people, the owner in particular (Mohamed, by the way I had to get his name by research because he wouldn’t provide me with it) are a disgrace to the business community. We should never have a licensed business with customer service this horrible. This man tows your vehicle for no reason, hangs up in your face, jacks up his prices and as he is throwing out outrageous numbers his wife (who came with him to the site) begins to laugh as if its funny that they are trying to get over on hard working people that have more to do with their lives than to scam people for a quick fix. This business needs to be took to court and shut down. These people should not be able to keep getting away with treating others terribly after towing their vehicles. These people towed my vehicle after I arrived home, I was only in the house for maybe all of 45 minutes. These people come and wait on hard working people to park their cars and tow them. Anyone who has had terrible service with these people please report your story! That is the first step to getting this place shut down!

I had my car towed from INSIDE of my garage. I am a tenant of the building. I was in my assigned spot. I was told I did not display the yellow resident permit sticker on my rearview mirror. I have had my car since July 2018, I was not given a permit sticker. He does a "random" search and takes my car. I feel he has hired spotters, who report cars and they split the fee with him. $370 + $25 each day until picked up. Cash business. The IRS would love to review his books. Also, the hours are 9 am until 5 pm. This means you can't get your car before or after work. Poor service, high prices. This is predatory towing. Contact 6 should be involved. I'm sure he is not on the up and up. Who contracted him to go inside garages? Petty, just petty.

My car got towed for no reason from a parking lot at 8pm on Monday night. I called the number for action towing to find out why my car was towed. The owner of Action Towing, Muhammad, informed me that no one had called my car in but that his tow trucks sit and wait looking for people to tow. My car was towed from an EMPTY lot where the business was not even open. I informed him that I’m a cancer patient and needed to get my car that night because I had chemotherapy in the morning. He told me that I would have to pay an extra $100 to get it out that night which would be $420 total and that I had to pay in cash. (Side note this private tow company charges $320 which is 3x the price of what it costs if the city of Milwaukee tows you!) I told him that I could not pay in cash because I’m a cancer patient, have no income, and can only pay with a credit card. He told me he did not care and then hung up on me! I had to call back and tell him that it is rude to hang up on customers and ask him not to hang up again so that I can work out getting my car back. I ended up giving in and agreeing to come the next day because I was not able to come up on the spot with $400 in cash! I then needed to get a ride on Tuesday to my chemotherapy appointment. Unfortunately on Tuesday I ended up needing to get 3 blood transfusions because my blood levels were so low (two bags of red blood cells and one bag of platelets.) I ultimately was unable to get my car on Tuesday because of my transfusions. Wednesday morning I went down to Action Towing to get my car. The owner was not there. I was going to be charged extra money for not being able to get my car on Tuesday (even though I was getting blood transfusions) and they were going to charge me a 10% fee for using my credit card after I had already informed him that I had no cash because I’m a cancer patient with no income because I can’t work while I’m getting chemotherapy! I had with me paperwork from my employer, my doctor, and my social worker stating my financial and medical situation. In addition, I have no hair or eyelashes because I’m literally going through chemo! The employee that’s working is actually very kind and calls the owner. At this point I am asking him to come in and speak with me face to face. We agree on 4pm. So I leave and have to get an additional ride to the tow lot! I get there at 4pm and his employee states that he isn’t going to come. How unprofessional is it to literally LIE and refuse to meet with a customer. So I got in my car and locked myself in, refusing to leave until he comes to meet with me. He is such a coward that he sends his wife! I looked at her and said how can you as a woman have zero compassion or empathy for someone who is going through cancer treatment? She looked me in the eye and said “I do not care.” These people are the definition of greedy. So I said feel free to call the police because I’m not leaving without my car today. Even after the police came, the owner refused to come to his own business to have an adult conversation with me and his wife left! The police officer told me that the owners wanted them to rip me out of my own car and arrest me! Obviously the police officers have a brain and a heart to know better than to rip a cancer patient out of a car and arrest her. My platelets were only 16 the day before requiring a transfusion and I literally could have bled out and died had they chose to use force with me. All of this because this GREEDY COWARD didn’t want to communicate like an adult. Ultimately the police officer had to negotiate with him over the phone so that I could get my car out and leave. This mans business deserves to be shut down!
