Very good experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really clean facility. They gave me a 2026 outback loaner which was a really nice treat. Services prices are a hair on the high side, but nothing too crazy. Turn around was fairly good too. They even washed my car. Vehicle report was sent as an email with a video walkthrough on our cars issues. That was pretty cool of them to do that. Awesome job guys/gals! Will definitely go back!!

Outstanding customer service that is same quality as I receive at my luxury automobile dealerships. I'm very impressed. And for the repairs, out of the kindness of their hearts, they wrote it off as covered by the warranty, even though it was 2 months past (so they didn't charge me anything), and it was on a car I didn't even buy from them. They've made a life-long customer for future car purchases and service.
