Craig drove a 2 hour round trip in iffy road conditions on a Saturday night to pull out me out of the ditch in the middle of nowhere on a narrow gravel road. I will forever be grateful and will recommend him to anybody in the area for this reason alone.

I got nothing but above and beyond service from Craig. He was the guy that helped me out when I hit a deer on the highway. He didn't just help tow my vehicle, but he helped me with my insurance to make sure my car was going to the body shop that I wanted to and that my insurance company wasn't giving me the wrap around. And, he made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. Nothing but above and beyond service from Craig. He truly is a godsend to me. Thank you so much for all the help. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I am so grateful for these lovely folks towing us after a tire blow out. Owning an electric car I do get worried about towing, but these folks were not only able to get to my car faster than any service I've had in major cities, but they kindly explained how they'd tow, bring the car to the service center, and over all friendly people. And with road closures they were kind enough to charge by the hour instead of by the mile to get the vehicle to Medford. Big thanks to this company for all their help, while I hope I don't need to call on them again soon, if need be they'd be the first call I'd make for a tow.
