They did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem on my son’s car. He had a ABS and traction control light on the dash. They replaced a couple wheel bearings and ABS sensors and he was back on the road again. We will definitely continue to get all our vehicles serviced at One Stop!!!

I brought my 1969 GMC truck in for leaks and a carburetor tune-up. The shop went "above and beyond" by not only power washing the engine, finding the leaks, and replacing the seals, but also by sandblasting and repainting the air cleaner and valve covers after the power washing caused some paint to flake off! They also expertly diagnosed and replaced the faulty carburetor, installing a new Holley that significantly improved my truck's performance. I would also like to highlight the staff's professionalism and knowledge and I highly recommend One Stop Auto for all your automotive needs.

Was out of town for vacation, transfer case went out on my wrangler which I flat towed into town. Been staying in Chetek for 30yrs and have had great customer service experiences but nothing quite like these guys! He was backed up, as good mechanics usually are. He stayed late, fixed our rig, and was very communicative throughout our transaction. Gave us a ride to and from our resort to ease the process. Top notch people that are highly respected and recommended from everyone in the area! They also fixed two out of towners outboards while our jeep was there! Easy and streamlined very fair pricing! If I ever need to recommend or have any vehicle troubles while in the area I’m all in on these folk! Also checked my RV tires and connections so we could have a safe trip home. I mean C’mon, these people are awesome and I can’t say enough great things!
