Hands down, best towing service I have ever had!! And I have had my fair share of busted up cars. "Soup" Campbell was fantastic! He texted me on his way and arrived with a big ole smile on his face (it was below freezing!). Even though we attempted to jump it last night, he asked if he could give it a shot with his cables. He tried two different ways and was able to get the truck going again. He saved me from paying an extra towing fee on top of the diagnostic work at the dealership. Told me to grab myself a new battery and stayed until he was 100% sure I would be safe driving away. He was kind, respectful and professional. I put his number in my phone in case I need to call again or refer him to others. He made a super stressful situation so much easier!! Thank you, Soup!!!
