Had an issue with a dead battery late on Sunday night. Called R&D to see if they could come out and give me a jump. They were there in about 30 minutes or so. Tried to jump the car to no avail. (Battery was too far gone.) They went back to their shop and found a battery for me, came back and put it in and got me on my way home. Very grateful for them going the extra mile to get me taken care of. Thanks Rick! Appreciate it very much!

I slid into a ditch and my car looked like it was about to tip over; the back right tire wasn't even on the ground. The girl I spoke to said it could be from 75.00 and up. I figured if it was gonna cost around a hundred it would still be about half the cost of another towing company in the area. She said she would be the one coming to do the tow. My husband rolled his eyes when I told him a girl was coming to do the job. Jennifer was her name. She had been doing this with her dad since she was a teen, and now she owns the company. I watched this petite blond woman getting out of her tow truck and thought my husband is really gonna give me heck for hiring her, but by the time we got our jackets and boots on, walked up the hill she had already pulled the vehicle out of a very steep incline, and was unhooking the chains from my car. The only thing my husband had to say was, "good job!" I was glad I used a professional. She told me there was a very good chance that my vehicle may have rolled if we tried to pull it out our self. I highly recommend this service. She was very professional and friendly. She arrived within a half hour after I called. She has a large flat bed truck, so she is ready to handle any job.
