Hands down, the best customer service and craftsmanship you could ever get from a business! I recently ordered several dumpsters from Nedland. While I was there to pick them up, I had a small problem with one of the functions on my Nedland trailer (it’s five years old). Dave Nedland came out, greeted me, diagnosed the problem, introduced me to his team, and they fixed the issue ASAP. He then told me to reach out if I ever needed anything else. A couple of weeks later, I had a question and emailed him on a Saturday, expecting to hear back from his team sometime the following week—but Dave replied with a detailed answer, on a Saturday! I can’t think of another business I’ve dealt with where the owner is so involved and genuinely passionate about taking care of his customers. You will not be disappointed in the products or service you get from the Nedland team! And if your considering one of their trailers, do it! They are known as the best for a reason... many reasons!
