I purchased a used HYD pump from this salvage dealer. Upon receiving the pump I opened it up to inspect it before installing it. The bearing was bad as shown in the picture. Parts are not available from Agco to replace the damaged bearing. I called them to ask for a refund and was told they are guaranteed to work but because I inspected it before installing it there was no warranty or refund. If I had installed it (14 hr job as the tractor has to be split) and it didn't work they would have refunded my money. There were no instructions given as to not inspect the part before installing it. So let this be instructions for you do not inspect your parts before installing them as this voids the warranty. I will also add they have been a good source for other parts and they usually ship very quickly. Unfortunately their warranty program may need to be explained better.

Great salvage yard. Have bought some parts and a couple tractors here.

Bought two salvage electo-hydraulic valves. It took a while for the dealer to install them. Neither worked. Called heitman he said warranty 30 days. 2400$ for two non functional valves. Rip off. Didn’t have any interest or intention to do anything about it. Not a good man
