Called ahead to make sure they could take an old trailer frame. I explained that it’s quite big (9’x20’).. the guy on the phone said they might have a hard time weighing it but it shouldn’t be a problem for them to take. I didn’t really care about getting any money so I said no problem I’ll still bring it in. I travelled 15 mins to show up and be treated horribly by the guy outside. He refused to help me and said it was too big.. I explained that I called ahead to make sure it wouldn’t be a problem but he said it doesn’t matter and to not even waste my time calling. He was super rude and said he wouldn’t help.. apparently the office and the outside do not work together! Unless you are recycling something the size of a soda can or smaller don’t waste your time with this place and the super rude guy outside
