I chose this place based on reviews and being local, needed the alarm system disconnected because it was draining the battery constantly. This they did in a timely manner at a reasonable price. On the way home from picking up the car it became apparent that the air conditioner would not turn on, nothing was blowing out the vents. I know this worked before and well. I called as soon I got home and left a message. It's an old car and I get it stuff breaks while fixing other stuff, but I assumed maybe it was a simple as a crossed wire or blown fuse as it was all just worked on. I've called several times left messages no response. I hate leaving a bad review, when all I wanted a local place I could trust. Let me make this clear I was fully prepared to pay to get the air/heat fixed if it wasn't just a crossed wire, I know its an old car, again was just hoping to finally find a local trustworthy place.

I took my Buick to them for an oil change. It took around 2 hours to change the oil. And when I took my car home,a few days later the oil light kept coming on. Thought that was suspicious. Had my son check the oil and see if he could figure it out. The oil pan bolt was loose and the oil had not been changed.. I will not be going back there..!

I Had a very difficult problem to fix on my 2015 F150, an unexplained power draw in the battery which caused a dead battery in 2 days. 1 place recommended taking it to a Ford Dealer, a neighbor suggested A&R. They were more than happy to take on such a challenge, were up front about potential costs and time involved. Within 2 days they tracked the problem to a bad relay causing the drain through another electrical system. They were very friendly and professional in explaining the procedure etc., got the repair done and back on the road good as new. Will Definitely return and recommend to others.
