I recently had an issue with my car and was devastated at the thought of having to buy a new one. However, my experience with H&M Auto completely changed my perspective. Not only did they help me fix my car, but they also saved me a ton of money in the process. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional service and expertise. The team at H&M Auto was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue with my car in detail. They were patient and answered all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. What impressed me the most was their honesty and transparency. They could have easily convinced me to buy a new car, but instead, they offered a cost-effective solution that saved me thousands of dollars. I truly appreciate their integrity and dedication to providing the best service possible. The repairs were done in a timely manner, and my car now runs better than ever. I am beyond satisfied with the quality of work that was done. It is evident that the team at H&M Auto takes pride in their work and strives for customer satisfaction. In addition to their exceptional service, the prices at H&M Auto are unbeatable. I have been to other auto shops in the past, and none of them come close to the affordability of H&M. Last year my transmission failed in my 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE so I went to this shop because I felt like they were older so they would know more little did I know a year later the 3200 we paid for the transmission was trash. I'll he honest I went here because I felt like why not support a black owned business, but they showed me why as I mentioned this transmission failed while I was 732 miles from home. I got it towed to the dealer ship and put on a computer ..all 12 sensors were bad the clutch was crushed. the guy in Arkansas said he was surprised it hadn't burned out before than...Lets loose the color stuff and support businesses because of there quality and good work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN WITH WARRANTY THEY CAN'T TOUCH MY TRUCK AGAIN!! They literally put a bad transmission in my truck!! SMH

These guys did an awesome job and I will return for more work. Prices are reasonable and the customer service is much better than I have experienced with other companies.
