They will charge you 400 for one day tow. They call towing vehicle using their tow truck special equipment. Stopped for a sub atcheba hut while picking food up car was towed. Very unethical car was not even stored there for 12,hours

This company is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I woke up to my car being towed wrongfully with the permit in plain sight through my windshield, then I get told 2 different prices to pay STRICTLY CASH & wasn’t allowed to see my car for longer than 30 seconds without them telling me to pay or I’m trespassing. The man was very rude & made remarks such as ‘maybe your permits on the floor or somewhere else’ when we opened the door the permit was on my seat, very convenient if you ask me. Do better what a joke.

Very unprofessional staff. Got my car towed for my renewal sticker being stolen, even though my car is fully registered. They still make me pay $378 to get my car even with proof of registration. I would not reccomend ANY apartment complex to use this company. They will extort your tenants simply because they can. Shady business.
