I would highly recommend Silver Lake Auto! My vehicle was serviced at the Hartland location, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I brought my minivan in for maintenance, and honestly, the hardest part of the whole process was switching three car seats into the loaner vehicle. Thad, the service rep I worked with, went above and beyond to help me move everything over. Not only was he incredibly patient and hands-on, but he also taught me a few things about my own car seats that I didn’t even know — and he did it in such a kind, respectful way that I never once felt embarrassed. Great service, great people, and a team that truly cares. I’ll definitely be going back!

They recently performed a battery replacement and a transmission fluid change on my Mercedes, and the service was flawless. Just stopped at this out of town tire center with a flat tire & received the BEST service EVER!! Had a screw in my tire after leaving a Hartland funeral service & found myself with a flat tire that, luckily was able to be patched by Silver Lake Auto & Tire Center! SO glad I chose this great business to stop at for my emergency road service…friendly, fast service!! Who could ask for more!! ??
