I had a very disappointing experience with Dan‘s towing. From the start of the call, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. As I tried to explain my situation, I was repeatedly interrupted and talked over which made an already stressful situation even worse. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously during the conversation. Instead of offering help or understanding, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and unheard. Calling for a tow truck is already an inconvenient and stressful experience, and the way I was treated only added to that. I would not recommend the service based on my experience, especially if you’re looking for clear communication and respectful customer service, Especially if you are a female, I’m sure this would not have happened if a Male called him.
