Maybe I'm wrong. Here was my experience. My starter went on my truck as a result i stalled in the middle of an intersection. A police officer came by and said we needed to get it out of the road due to snow coming. I called AAA but the officer said they can get one of their rotational companies to respond faster due to it being in the road. I agreed. The snow started and the tow truck showed up. I have a really nice chevy 2500 4x4. They hooked it up from the back end and I wanted them to tow it 5 miles to a service station I deal with. I asked him if their would be any issue with having a hitch salt spreader on the back with anything and he said not at all. In front of the driver I checked to make sure the hard tonneau cover was latched. He inspected and also took pictures of the entire truck before towing. I felt really good about how they would take care of my truck from point A to point B as I paid them over $278.00. They also had really nice equipment. $90 of that charge was Hazard and weekend conditions. It was snowing and was the weekend so i excepted that and tapped my card on the drivers phone and he said the receipt would be mailed to me in a few days. My wife and I tried to follow the tow truck but could not keep up with him in the snowy conditions. We did the speed limit and he was pulling away from us. We pulled up to the service station as the tow truck was unloading my truck so i could get the keys from him and put them in the night box. I then noticed that my hard tonneau cover was gone off the truck. all i saw was the hinge arms hanging out the back of my truck. Further inspection I saw that my third brake light had been smashed from the cover flipping up and then saw that my drivers side tow mirror was also smashed. I was very upset and the driver didnt seem to really care and didn't offer any kind of solution or anything. I then asked him for a card and who I should call in the morning to talk about this. His answer was you can call the office in the morning but we are not responsible for aftermarket parts, I also got the explanation that they usually inspect all items before the tow but could not because i had the hitch salter on the back, even though we both opened the cover to get something out of the back and then he watched me as i latched the cover. The manager i spoke with at the shop/office told me that there is nothing he can do and its in their fine print on the receipt that i did not have yet. He stood firm that they would not pay for anything damaged. I took a few days and thought to myself that tow companies must get this all the time that people claim they scratched their cars during the tow or damaged in some way and try and get money out of them. I get it. I called the manager back and I told him I totaled up my damages just for the parts not labor to install and it was over $2400.00. I told the manager I would be willing to eat all that but was wondering in good faith if he can help me out with the tow bill that was in his control. He said he would think about it and call me back after speaking with his accounting person. That was Jan. 13 2026 weekend and I have yet to hear from them almost a month later. I see his side and do not want to take advantage of a company but just figured they would also see my side and possibly work with me on at least the two bill. I spoke to the police office that called this company and they didnt know what to say and was stunned they wouldn't work with me in any way. I know I paid top dollar for a good company to take care of my truck from point A to point B and was fine paying the amount but when all said and done I will have to pay and extra $2500 plus labor to put my truck back to the way it was before they picked it up, just doesn't seem right. Maybe I'm wrong but just didn't seem right they wouldn't help out at all. That was my experience

210$ to get one tire over the end of a ditch in small snow storm. Homeowner didn’t even care I was there. Rude driver claimed car needed to be impounded? Why don’t you let me help arrive first? Tools. Always see truck speeding around to

I purchased some items from this towing company recently and had a very good experience met their team personally and everybody had a good feel about them. This is definitely the type of business you should support in your community because they're supporting your community as well. Good people equals good business.
