Two birds with one stone in Lisbon - Jon and John at TMC Automotive took their time on a Saturday afternoon to help another local community business, and me, when other auto shops were closed. I barely made it into the Rudig Jensen Auto Dealer with my front tire going flat. They were closed, but the G.M. at Rudig Jensen inflated my tire and escorted me over to TMC Automotive. We made it over there just in time, as Jon and John were closing the shop. They were happy to help me with a tire repair. Since I was headed home with my new travel trailer, we enjoyed sharing some RV camping stories, and they offered some very helpful road trip tips. I am very grateful for everyone's generous help in Lisbon, which allowed me to avoid changing the tire myself. Ugh! Thanks to Jordan, Jon, and John, what could have been a messy nightmare for me turned out to be a quick repair and a pleasant stop in Lisbon. Thanks to all!

My family wants to give Jordon and TMC Automotive 10 stars if we could. Sunday morning we left early from the Twin Cities to McHenry IL for a quick and very important visit. At about 6:30 AM we had a blowout on 94 about 3 miles from the New Lisbon exit. We do have AAA RV plus (which I highly recommend) . Jordon from TMC arrived very shortly after the call to AAA was placed. Jordon was very concerned for our safety!! We stayed in the car during the tire change. Note: it was also 5 degeees?. Little did we know the temporary spare had an issue. We were then flat bed to TMC. Unfortunately for Jordon the doors to the shop were locked and he had no access. How Jordon removed the bad tire off the Rim and went to a storage area where he set us up with a spare and how he got all this done with limited tools was absolutely amazing ??. We were back on the road in a few hours and were able to complete our journey that day. Thanks again Jordon and we thank you for your service????.

Takes short cuts and will not own up to mistakes on repairs. Cut off transmission cooling line flange on a new part to put on fuel line hose with cheap crimp clamp and consequently the line blew off. Won’t return calls to discuss.
