They have gone above and beyond to solve my car problems as quickly as possible, always getting me in quickly. I appreciate them working to keep my costs down too . I’m from Appleton and originally found 116 Auto & Welding on Google when I was looking for someone to fix my exhaust. I liked them so much that I’ve honestly just kept coming back. I drive about 30 minutes to get here and it’s 100% worth it. They actually take the time to look over your car and show you what’s going on, explaining why something matters instead of just saying “you need to fix this.” They caught an issue that could’ve been really bad if it was ignored—something multiple city shops didn’t even notice. There was no pressure at all, no upselling, just honest explanations, fair pricing (way cheaper than the city), and genuine care about safety. It’s rare to find a shop like this anymore. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

1st experience here. Needed a little welding done on a snowblower crank. Charlie immediately welded it for me for a reasonable fee and I was on my way. Great service gets my attention and I'll be going back for any other needs be it welding or auto work. Cam the beautiful Husky kept me occupied for a few minutes lol.
