Dealing with Cash For Cars was mostly easy. I filled out a short form online and someone called me within minutes. The person I dealt with was very polite and professional. When I mentioned I was shopping around for the best price, the representative that was helping me remained persistent that Cash For Cars would be the best offer, but was not pushy. My only problem was that I was not informed that once a deal was reached for my vehicle and an order was put in to have it picked up, the driver had up to two days to cone get it. I was told by the dispatcher that the vehicle would be picked up the next day within a 4-hour time window. It was not picked up that day. I had disrupted my day to be home, and they did not pick it up, nor had any driver agreed to pick it. No one called to inform me that no driver had agreed to pick it up. I only found out when I called to ask why it had not been picked up. A driver showed up the next day. I was paid the promised amount.<br><br>Overall, the process was easy and quick. Most things went as promised. The communication needs to be better.

Crystal and Kimberly were awesome. But unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication, dropped calls, and misunderstandings. I spent 3 hours trying to get through the process of selling my car. But eventually we got it down. Thank you for your help. I really do appreciate it.
